Mech as a third language

Never been into drawing mechs...but now that I've tried my hand at one, I'd like to invent a time machine, go back into the past, and slap myself for not drawing some sooner.
There is much fun in trying to figure out what designs would physically work, and how to illustrate it's function. What you see here is the result of 4 or 5 re-draws and lots of pondering about what a Mech that searches out and dismantles IEDs might look like. This is very, very Work in Progress.
