Hypersonic Scramjet

Hypersonic scramjets intrigue me. 

Heavier Transport

This is a VTOL/STOVL type of transport craft. Similar to the V22 Osprey, but utilizing turbine jet engines instead of giant tilt rotors. The intention was a more compact vehicle with greater thrust to weight ratios that might allow it to transport heavy lift inventory.
